The last 7 days have been a blur, and a very fun blur it's been. We've had a fantastic time and the week went by very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed flying the route, sharing it with the other teams, sharing it with other simmers, and enjoying the best virtual ATC on the planet. It really was a blast!
Our crew worked together really well and we had great fun inside and outside the flight-deck. Lots of great social events and outings, good professional flying (with a strong fun bent!), and time to sit around and chat. A really good bunch of mates.
The sim went like a dream (phew!). Apart a few scenery issues we had no serious technical faults. It was amazing to see "Simantha" motor on through 7 days of non-stop ops.
A big thanks to everyone who makes this happen - you know who you all are. All the preparation, systems, marketing, support etc .. the people across the teams that do this work... thank you!
Special thanks to Sydney and European ATC teams. You guys rock! We feel like Florian, Peter, Amorette etc are old friends now... cheers for your great service.
Lots of great memories.. we've got lots of pics and some new videos on the site.. with more to appear over next few weeks

We didn't go as hard on sponsorship/donations this year but the response appears to be better than ever! So thanks to those who donated.
